Creative Commons is a good thing to be familiar with for everyone. Everything out on the Internet belongs to someone, somewhere. Before you can just take and do whatever you want with it you need to make sure that the owner of it doesn't mind. Personally I am really bad when It comes to taking quotes or a picture off of Google Images. Now I know to look for the Creative Commons symbol somewhere on the page or to make sure it has been copyrighted. I found a Learning 2.0 23 Things created for library employees.
